Moi j'ai mis des fraises, des framboises et des Cerises.
  5. Biscuit cuillère : monter les blancs avec le sucre ajouter les jaunes et la farine tamiser. Mélangez délicatement et pocher sur un papier sulfurisé un rectangle de 25 cm par 15cm. Cuire 10mn à 180 degrés. Laissez refroidir avant de le mettre sur la crème.
