- Pâte sablée : Mélanger la farine tamisée, le sucre, la poudre d’amandes, le sucre vanillé et le sel puis ajoutez les œufs et le beurre ramolli jusqu’à ce que la pâte forme une boule. Filmez au contact puis laissez reposer au réfrigérateur 30 mn. Etalez la pâte dans un moule puis faites-la cuire à blanc dans un four préchauffé à 180°C jusqu’à ce qu’elle colore. Laissez refroidir sur une grille.
- Ganache au chocolat : Faites chauffer la crème liquide dans une casserole puis la verser en 3 fois sur le chocolat. Mélangez et enfin ajoutez le beurre. Etalez la ganache sur la tarte. Laissez reposer au moins 2h au réfrigérateur avant d’apposer la ganache montée avec la douille de votre choix. Ici j’ai utilisé la douille à st honoré. Remettre au réfrigérateur et sortez au moment de servir.
