- 60 g sucre roux
- 1 œuf
- 125 g beurre doux

- Abaisser la pâte sur environs 1/2cm en farinant bien le plan de travail ainsi que le rouleau à plusieurs reprises. Préchauffer le four à 180 degrés et placer un tapis silicone sur la grille du four. A l’aide d’un emporte pièce (ou d’un verre) couper des disques de pâte et placer sur la grille. Enfourner pour 10 minutes et finir en laissant refroidir sur la grille afin d’éviter qu’ils ne cassent.
- Faire fondre le chocolat et le lait afin d’obtenir un résultat lisse et brillant. Tremper une face du biscuit et réserver sur la grille. Faire des lignes à la fourchette si désiré et laisser durcir à l’air ambiant ou au frigo. C’est prêt!
- PS: diluer le surplus de chocolat avec du lait froid pour un cacao maison délicieux qui évitera le gâchis 😋
