- Verser le jus dans une assiette creuse. Tremper les biscuits dans le jus et les mettre au fond des verrines (environ 1,5 biscuits). Verser par dessus de la crème, puis une cuillère de mirabelles, de la crème, une deuxième couche de biscuits, de la crème, des mirabelles et finir par une couche de crème.
- Mettre au frais au moins 4 heures avant de déguster.
