- 400 g Philadelphia
- 4 feuilles de gelatines

- 4 cs sucre glace
- Caramel beurre salé
- 160 g cassonade
- 20 cl crème liquide entière
- 60 g beurre demi sel
- 1/2 cc fleur de sel

- Chauffer doucement le sucre dans une petite casserole jusqu’à ce qu’il caramélise.
- Dans une autre casserole, tiédir la crème fraîche liquide.

- Dans un saladier, détendre le philadelphia puis l’incorporer petit à petit à la chantilly. Réserver la moitié d’un verre de sauce caramel pour le décor et verser le reste dans le mélange de chantilly, en continuant de fouetter.
- Verser la crème sur la base de biscuits, lisser la surface et entreposer au réfrigérateur une nuit entière.
- Utilisez le reste de caramel beurre salé pour la décoration ou pour servir en accompagnement.
