Dans une casserole, faites chauffer 2 cuillères à soupe du coulis puis, hors du feu, incorporez les feuilles de gélatine égouttées. Mélangez le tout pour que la gélatine fonde. Incorporez ensuite le reste du coulis et laissez refroidir. Sortez le gâteau du congélateur et mettez le coulis par-dessus.
  4. Resservez encore au congélateur pour environ 2h Démoulez
