Déposer les gabarits sur votre pâte et découper les formes.
- Déposez-les sur une plaque pas besoin de papier cuisson (puisque vous avez déjà étalé la pâte sur du papier cuisson pour l'étaler, c'est plus facile pour la transporter de votre plan de travail vers la plaque de cuisson)et enfourner à 180° jusqu’à une légère coloration dorée environ 20 à 25 minutes.
- A la sortie du four, faire refroidir tous les morceaux de pâte avant de les manipuler pour ne pas qu'ils cassent.
- Préparer la crème : dans un saladier ou la cuve de votre robot, mélanger mascarpone, crème liquide, sucre glace et sucre vanillé et fouetter le tout jusqu'à ce que la crème double de volume.
- Montage de la cagette : pour assembler les côtés pour donner forme à la cagette j'ai fait un glaçage avec un blanc d'oeuf et du sucre glace (pour la quantité du sucre glace j'en ai ajouté jusqu'à ce que le glaçage soit épais pour que ça ne coule pas).
- Quand la cagette est formée, à l'intérieur mettre le crème à l'aide d'une poche à douille.
- Disposer les fruits 🍓🍒🍇 et feuilles de menthe🍃.
