- 2 beaux citrons jaunes non traités
- 130 g cassonade (celle du nord)

- 30 g cacao non sucré
- lamelles d'orange confites (facultatif pour la déco)

Mettre les œufs, le jaune et la cassonade, puis programmez 6 min/vit4. Retirez le fouet. Mélangez 2min/vit3 en ajoutant le mascarpone par l’orifice du couvercle sur le couteaux en marche.
- Trempez rapidement les biscuits dans le jus d’orange /citron pour les imbiber sans les casser. Disposez une couche de biscuits dans le fond d’un plat rectangulaire (environ 30x20x6).
- Ajoutez la moitié du mélange mascarpone et étalez de manière à recouvrir les biscuits. Mettre une nouvelle couche de biscuits et la moitié des zestes préalablement prélevés.
- Recouvrir avec le reste du mélange mascarpone. Soupoudrez de cacao sans sucre et décorez avec le reste des zestes. Réduisez en poudre le biscuit mit de côté et en soupoudrez le tiramisu. Ajoutez quelques lamelles d’oranges confites.
- Couvrir d’un film alimentaire et mettre au frais 5h minimum. À consommer bien frais 😍
