  23. 200 g chocolat blanc
  24. 100 ml lait
  25. 200 ml crème liquide à plus de 30% MG
  26. 2 feuilles de gélatine (4 g à 200 blooms)
  27. Glaçage 180 g de praliné et crème liquide

Pour le montage à l'endroit on va couler dessus,la mousse au chocolat noir,puis une fois qu'elle a figé environ 20 min au congélateur on va verser la mousse chocolat au lait.On va faire figer 20 min au congélateur minimum,rien nous empêche de laisser plus et on va couler la mousse au chocolat blanc. On va congeler une nuit,
  4. Pour le glaçage j'ai juste fondu du chocolat praliné avec de la crème liquide entière, vous devez obtenir une ganache onctueuse mais assez liquide pour la verser sur l'entremet, je ne me rappelle plus des doses
