  9. Versez vos jaunes sur les blancs en neiges et mélangez brièvement. Ajoutez la farine tamisée
  10. Mélangez délicatement à la Maryse
  11. Pochez vos cartouchières 35cm chacune chaque fois pour un moule de 20cm de diamètre et deux cercles de 18 et 15 cm. Saupoudrez deux fois à 5min d’intervalle de sucre glace et enfournez 10min à 190• four à chaleur statique. Laissez refroidir
  12. Montage: une fois les cartouchières refroidir, les disposer à l’intérieur de votre cercle. Mettre le disque le plus grand au fond. Ajoutez la moitié de la mousse pas encore trop prise et quelques fraises coupées en petits morceaux.
  13. Mettre le second disque et recommencez. Pour la deco j’ai coupé des fraises en 2 que j’ai déposé sur le dessus. Pour la brillance c’est du nappage. Laissez prendre une nuit au frigo
