- 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp roasted jeera powder, dhania powder, black pepper powder

- as required Whole garam masala ( dalchini, 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf
- 2 green cardamom
- as required Few coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- as per taste Salt to taste
Instructions to make to make Fish Biryani
- First wash fish with haldi powder and salt twice or thrice. Drain the water and marinate with haldi powder, salt and little mustard oil. Keep aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes fry the fish with mustard oil. Once it is done and keep aside. In the same kadai. Add little mustard oil and fry 1 bay leaf 2 cinnamon stick and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- Once it is done. Add soaked rice. Fry it for few minutes. Then add haldi powder, red chilli powder,ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and roasted jeera and dhania powder. Fry for 3 minutes. Then add water as needed. Add salt as needed.
- Boil till the rice cooked properly. Once it is done then add fish.
- Mix it well. Add garam masala powder and 1/2 tsp ghee. Swith off the flame. Now it is done.
- Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve..................with..................fish curry or raita.................
