  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom karahi. Keep on stirring.
  2. When the milk reduces to half the quantity add 1/2 t.spoon. lemon juice into it.Again add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix.
  3. Cook on low heat. After some time you will see granules in the milk.
  4. Add sugar in small batches and stir.
  5. Cook till water dries,add ghee 1tsp at a time and mix.
  6. In the mean time grease a thali.
  7. When the mixture come together like a ball,pour the mixture into the greased thali.
  8. Let the milk cake set for 4 hours, then cut into square pieces.
  9. Your milk cake is ready to serve.
