- Une fois les œufs pochés refroidi, les mettre sur du papier absorbant
- Découpez en lardons les tranches de lards
- Découper en croûtons le pain de campagne, faire griller les croûtons et frottez la gousse d'ail sur chaque croûtons.
- Faites revenir dans une poêle le lard découpé en lardons et puis déglacez avec du vinaigre de vin rouge
- Mélangez les lardons à la salade et puis dressez votre ou vos assiettes.
