- Ajoutez la sauce à la salade, mélangez et réservez
- Faites griller les tranches de pain de mie à l'aide d'un grille pain et réservez.
- Faites cuire les 4 tranches de bacon et réservez
- Coupez l'escalope en gros morceaux et faites cuire avec de l'huile d'olive, assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre pendant la cuisson puis réservez
- Découpez la tomate en rondelles et hachez grossièrement la sucrine.
- Prenez une première tranches de pain de mie, mettez y de la mayonnaise et ajoutez 4 rondelles de tomates avec les 4 tranches de bacon puis recouvrez avec la deuxième tranche de pain de mie.
- Sur la surface supérieure de la deuxième tranche de pain de mie, mettez encore de la mayonnaise puis ajoutez par dessus la salade sucrine et les morceaux d'escalope puis recouvrez avec la troisième tranche de pain de mie.
- Appuyez sur le sandwich pour bien tasser, ajoutez des piques pour maintenir le sandwich (en y ajoutant des olives si vous le souhaitez pour la déco) et coupez le sandwich en deux dans le sens de la diagonale puis réservez.
- Faites cuire les 3 œufs des deux côté à l'aide d'une poêle à 4 moules.
- Dressez votre assiette avec les œufs le club sandwich et un peu de coleslaw puis dégustez (Conservez le reste de coleslaw au réfrigérateur pour manger le lendemain; le coleslaw est meilleur quand il est frais 😉)
