  9. Enfournez à 150°C four préchauffé chaleur tournante pendant 15/20 min. Surveillez la cuisson car tout dépend des fours. Les sablés doivent être légèrement dorés sur le bas.
  10. Saupoudrez de sucre glace la partie du sablé avec le trou si vous faite avec un emporte pièce. Puis étaler de la confiture de votre choix.
