Passer au chalumeau pour dorer la meringue (si vous n'avez pas de chalumeau, enfourner votre tarte en mode grill 200° pendant 2 à 3 mn jusqu'à dorer la meringue). Mettre votre tarte au frigo pendant au moins 2 heures avant de consommer.
