  32. 2 tsp sugar powder

When it releases oil add the tadka in dal. Don't boil the dal after tadka. Add coriander. Cover it. Now for the next tadka heat the ghee (in same first tadka pan) and add hing and dry red chilli. Add this tadka on dal. Dal is ready. If you want, add 1 tsp lemon juice.
  5. Serve the bati with dal, curma ladoo, onion, green chilli and garlic chutney.
