- Qeema filling
- 125 grm, chicken mince (boiled)
- 125 grm, onions (thin sliced)
- 5 tesp, oil
- 1 tbsp, garlic mince
- 1 tbsp, Green chilli paste
- 1 tbsp, ginger paste
- 1 tbsp, cumin
- 1/2 tes, black pepper
- 1/4 tesp, Carom seeds
- 1/2 tbsp, coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp, red chilli
- 1/2 tesp, turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp, chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp, white vinegar
- 1 tbsp, dry milk
- 1 tbsp, plain flour (maida)
- 1/2 cup, milk
- 2-3 tbsp, mint
- Dough
- 2 cups, Water
- 1 cup, semolina
- 1/4 tesp, salt
- 1/4 tesp, Carom seeds
- 1-1/2 tesp, oil
Steps to make to make Qeema kachori
- Take tawa,put oil and heat it up then add garlic and cook for few seconds.
- Now add onion and cook until colour change. (pinkish)
- Then add chicken mince and cook on medium high for 2 minutes.
- Then add green chillies and ginger paste and dry spices and cook for few seconds.
- Now add white vinegar and mix.
- Add plain flour (maida) and dry milk and cook for few seconds then add milk and mix until combined.
- Add fresh or dry mint and mix then transfer into a bowl.
- For dough!
Take a pan, add water, salt, Carom seeds and cook on medium high heat until becomes boiling. - Then add semolina and cook on medium heat until becomes a dough from. Transfer into a bowl and cool slightly for about 4,5 minutes.
- Take small batch of dough and make a bowl shape, fill with mince.
- And make kachori, showing as in picture.
- Fry on medium heat until becomes nice golden brown.
