  22. 1/2 For coconut masala -take a chopped coconut
  23. 2 onion sliced
  24. 3-4 dry red chilli
  25. 2 tbsp dry Coriander seeds
  26. as required Some ginger
  27. as required Some garlic
  28. as per taste Some Coriander leaves
  29. As required Little fresh chopped coconut

Instructions to make to make Kokani style mutton curry

  1. Firstly we make a coconut masala heat the pan roast the coconut pieces for some times after that remove from the pan add little oil n add onion sliced n fry till the colour change add whole red chilli, Coriander seeds, ginger n garlic cloves n fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Now our masala is ready remove from the pan n let it cool to grind take a mixture jar add roasted masala n grind fine paste n keep a side.
  3. For mutton marination take half kg mutton clean n wash nicely add ginger garlic paste turmericPowder meat masala salt n Garam masala,
  4. Add curd n mix it well n keep a side for marination at least one hour or whole night now take above all the ingredients together for mutton gravy,
  5. Firstly boil the mutton for soup for my kids n then make gray, heat the pressure cooker add oil add bay leaf cloves green cardomon, big cardamom, black pepper star anise cinnamon stick saute for a minutes,
  6. Now add marinated Mutton n mix it well add hot water into it n pressure cook,
  7. Cover the lid n 4 to 5 whistle, after that our button is boil now separate the soup n mutton n keep a side.
  8. Now heat the pressure cooker add oil as you needed add bay leaf n chopped onion into it n fry,
  9. Fry the onion till the colour change Add turmeric powder n red chilli powder konkani red chilli masala garam masala Kashmiri Lal,
  10. N mix it well n cook now add our grated kokani style coconut masala some innovation I made in this and again mix it well N add hot water n some Coriander leaves,
  11. N cook at least 15 minutes, now our delicious healthy and tasty n yummy Kokani style mutton curry is ready to eat,serve hot,
  12. Serve hot in a serving dish n enjoy as you wish you can eat this rice Bhakti or kombdi vada kokani style or etc. You can eat.
