- Mélanger la ricotta, le mascarpone, les œufs, le sucre et l'extrait de vanille pour faire une sorte de crème. Ici je l'ai fait au mixer, c'est forcément plus rapide !
- Verser la crème dans le moule et enfourner pour 50 minutes, toujours à 180°.
- Sortir du four et laisser totalement refroidir avant de démouler. Parfois un peu de préparation aux fromages peut couler entre le moule et les bandes de papier. Avant d'enlever la charnière vérifier bien que ce ne soit pas collé en passant un couteau sur les bords.
- Faire fondre du chocolat avec de la crème fraiche et tracer des décors sur le dessus du gâteau à l'aide d'une fourchette trempée dans le chocolat liquide. Ajouter quelques oréos coupés en deux et plantés dans le cheesecake
