  5. Si vous avez un fonceur à tartelettes c’est le moment de s’en servir (moi je n’en avais pas, j’ai pris un petit verre à thé).
  6. Donc à la sortie du four appuyez sur chaque petit sablé avec votre fonceur ou verre. Mais ne les démouler surtout pas, laisser les dans les moules jusqu’à la fin.
  7. Mettez votre caramel refroidi dans une poche à douille et remplir les sablés, la moitié à peu près.
  8. Réservez au frais.
  9. Faire fondre le chocolat au bain marie. Le mettre ensuite dans une poche à douille et finir remplir les sablés.
  10. Ajouter les noisettes sur le dessus. Et laisser refroidir à température ambiante ou mettre au frigo. Et voilà 😁 j’ai adoré c’est super bon
