  3. Faites ramollir vos feuilles de gélatine dans de l'eau froide. Mixez les 150 g de fruits rouges restant avec le sucre glace. Passer au chinois afin d'enlever les pépins des fruits rouges. Dans une casserole, faites chauffer 2 cuillères à soupe du coulis puis, hors du feu, incorporez les feuilles de gélatine égouttées. Mélangez le tout pour que la gélatine fonde. Incorporez ensuite le reste du coulis et laissez refroidir. Sortez le gâteau du congélateur et mettez le coulis par-dessus.
  4. Resservez encore au congélateur pour environ 2h Démoulez
