- 1 tsp kasoori methi roasted in powder form
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh cream

- Take 1 cup flour. Add salt, sugar, oil and water to it as required and make a soft dough and rest for one hour
- For stuffing
Heat up the wok and add oil.
Now add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and saute for 2 minutes - Now add chopped onions and cook until transparent

- When it is done then add 1 tbsp of fresh cream and mix it well
- Now add kasoori methi and dish out the gravy
- For Naan
Take the dough and make equal balls and add stuffing into it - Now roll the balls make like chapati
